Auxilian uses Google for sign-in. There are no Auxilian passwords. Go to app.auxilian.ai. If you aren’t signed in, Auxilian sends you to its sign-in page, where you continue with Google. After you sign in, you return to the page you were trying to open. The first time you sign in, Auxilian creates your account and, unless you are joining a workspace through an invitation, a personal workspace. Each later sign-in also accepts any workspace invitations waiting for your email address.
Your Auxilian account is tied to your Google account’s email address. Invitations and project access are matched to that address, so always sign in with the same Google account.

Your profile

Your name, email address, and profile picture come from Google and update each time you sign in. Others in your workspaces see them in member lists, sharing dialogs, and the activity log. To change them, update your Google account, then sign in to Auxilian again. Find your profile under Settings > Profile.

Sign out

Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Log out. This ends your Auxilian session in the browser. It doesn’t disconnect AI assistants you connected. Remove those from the assistant. See Connect Claude.

Sessions

Your web session lasts up to 24 hours and refreshes while you’re active. When it expires, the next page you open sends you through Google sign-in again. AI assistant connections have their own sign-in. Connecting Claude signs you in on mcp.auxilian.ai, separately from the web app.
