# Delete your account

> Permanently delete your Auxilian account and understand what happens to your workspaces, projects, and data.

You can delete your account at any time from the web app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

## What gets deleted

| Data | What happens |
| - | - |
| Your account and profile | Deleted |
| Workspaces you own | Deleted, with every project, table, row, and activity log in them |
| Projects you created in other people's workspaces | Kept. The workspace owner becomes their creator. |
| Your access to other workspaces and projects | Removed |
| Pending invitations sent to your email | Deleted |
| Activity events you created in projects that remain | Kept in those projects' activity logs until they age out after 90 days |

<Warning>
  Deleting a workspace you own deletes every project in it, including projects other people created there. Export anything you or they want to keep first. See [Export to CSV](/app/export).
</Warning>

## Before you delete

You can't delete your account while a workspace you own still has other members. Remove them first under **Settings** > **Members**. Otherwise deletion fails with a message such as:

```text theme={null}
Remove the other members of "Ada's Workspace" before deleting your account
```

  </Step>
</Steps>

## After deletion

* AI assistants you connected lose all access, because the account they act as no longer has any workspaces or projects. Remove the connectors from the assistants too.
* If you sign in again with the same Google account, Auxilian creates a new, empty account. Deleted data can't be recovered.
